Radiate Your Vibe – #InternationalDayOfHappiness

It’s so beautiful when something inspires you to write after a long break and as I saw this topic #InternationalDayOfHappiness trend on Twitter, I couldn’t resist but write on it.

If you go to this thread and read all what is shared, you are only going to smile and smile more and I am glad I came across this today for all the events happening in my life. It has become so difficult to stay happy and retain our vibe, all thanks to the brilliant news and happenings in the world (yes, that was sarcasm, of course) but nonetheless as we keep reaffirming ourselves to protect our vibe, this is just one more try to make it happen.

Initially, as I write a lot of poems, I also thought of making this one a poetry but then what more than sharing a personal experience post than making it poetic each time, so I choose to give a little gyaan this time. Not really, don’t fret.

I just want to say a few things, happiness as much difficult as it may seem comes from the peace within. Do what makes you feel peaceful with self, this is apart from all the expectations you have from work and personal life, those might continue to harp your mind all day, all week but if you add a little dash of what you love to your life, it just improves the way you think, feel and live. Maybe going out for a small walk alone, taking that phone and calling an old friend, coloring a drawing page or maybe dancing your heart out to a Govinda song, whatever even momentary makes you feel alive in the moment. This is when you do things for yourself, and next comes how you support others. When you feel better yourself, you will automatically become more empathetic towards others, give benefit of doubt & forgive often. This lends a smile both ways.

The original cause of this day actually made me even happier because the root cause of defining this day is for all of us as one, lend a helping hand when you can, spread a smile, surprise someone, laugh and radiate that vibe which is contagious to others, makes their day too.

Happiness, even in a moment can do a lot more than what sadness cannot in a lifetime. The aim is to try, believe and aspire, it all starts with a beginning, a small beginning and see it create magic.

With love and light, signing off for today. Wish you all a great week ahead πŸ™‚

Such a happy post! It’s the small little things in life that matters the most, right? Oh, yeah. Dancing to a Govinda song tops the list. Happy ‘Happy’ Day πŸ˜€

It is the tiny little things that matter. Like S spelling my name for the first time, which happened today or us enjoying the exact same song. All this adds up to meaning, nothing else ever did.
