WHOA! One word which sums up my determination for blogging and writing. In span of almost 7 years of blogging and writing, this is the first time I took up a challenge which pushes me to write a blog post every single day of the month. While for those who write consistently it might not be a big task, I myself didn’t write more than 5-6 posts a month, 6 was the maximum number of blog posts I ever wrote in a month’s time. This was a different ball game altogether. 30 posts in 30 days. This was going to be tough, challenges start with an intense enthusiasm but midway is when it actually starts feeling that what did I actually take up?
I came across #NaBloPoMo – National Blog Posting Month challenge via a common blogger friend on Twitter, it looked really appealing and to challenge my creative juices, I was game to give it a shot. The only thing one should think about before taking up a challenge is all that can happen at the most is failure which is quite normal and not a big deal, unless you are Aamir Khan. So try and never fear taking up more things which challenge you creatively.
It was a brilliant experience. I cannot believe that I finish this challenge with this post in time, on the dedicated day and date. This feels amazing. I cannot thank BlogHer and #NaBloPoMo initiative enough who bring up thousands of bloggers every year to write, connect and improve. Being the 9th year for them, first for me, it only feels like a start for me because I can see myself taking this challenge every year from now on.
All the 30 posts are live on my blog and I welcome all of your readership, views, comments, shares and suggestions on how I can improve my writing and website.
Looking forward to connect with all of you and if you have been a part of #NaBloPoMo, do leave your blog/website link in the comments, I will definitely visit and share my thoughts with you.
Signing off proudly, Ashwini Dodani with National Blog Posting Month – #NaBloPoMo
