Stay for the Winter

Beautifully labelled, as I see you through the wind’s eye
Raw, Fragile, Delicate and yet undying you,
As I walk through my memories we sew,
I wake up on a bench new, a nomad in making..

This time its going to work out, I sigh,
Breathing heavily I explain my suspire,
Not let you go this time to a world of agony,
I hold you until I fade away with the ashes and fire..

Seasoned you and me, and our destination to glee,
I wonder, how we became thee,
Desperation, Insomnia, Restlessness took away everything,
Just for one brittle kiss..

With the melting snow and our bodies unclad, misunderstandings flow
To a cosmos of sensual pleasures, inexplicably whined
And yet we again stare in to each others’ eyes, tears brim out
We are back to our squalls..

I plead, I request, I beg you to stay,
You fit your stilettos grey and gaze,
Again a bunch of leaves fall on my plate,
I wake from a live dream and eat my remaining fate..

This is just too beautiful, and so very intoxicating. Sigh. Probably one of your best reflections this far. And yes, winters are beautiful

Winter was a perfect way to relate the cold weather to a cold heart….lovely penmanship!
