Wait for the Title

Its all about my story. Now who am I you might be wondering, right? Let me tell you something about me. I was born somewhere in a lighted place. I don’t know what place it was but as soon as I was born, I had a lot of siblings around. We used to play around all the time in the sunlight, under the moon and all the time because we had ample of it. My mother and father were two most important persons in my Life and I realized it a bit later.
My mother used to go out since the morning to work somewhere in an area full of mess, dirt and garbage. She used to find some food behind those left overs and bring it back for us. We were too small to realize that we are eating left overs because we always trusted our mother the most. My father was one of a kind. He used to walk out once it was night. He used to do night duty in a dark part of the city. He used to come back in the morning and made sure that he had some surprises for all the kids. My mother and father were very protective of me and all the other children. They used to love us equally and took great care as all the parents always do. As were so many of brothers and sisters, sometimes it happened that my mother had to feed all of us whole night at different timings while my father used take care of the other siblings (whenever he wasn’t at work) who were asleep or awake because we all were naughty enough to move out of the house at any point of time. Our parents were too protective of us and had to keep an eye always to make sure we are safe.
I was the eldest of the lot and soon started to realize that I should start helping my mother and father to take care of the family and the other children. One night my father was on duty and when he was just walking around the road, a car suddenly came and hit him and he fell dead on the spot. We didn’t know about the incident till we were informed by the neighbors. That was one sad day for all of us and since that I had to take over the place of my father. My mother grew old and one fine day while he was feeding the younger kids, she fell unconscious and when she was diagnosed, we were informed that she is not going to live more. It was like a thunder on all of us. Meanwhile my brothers and sisters started knowing the reality of Life and grew up, even our Mother passed away.
Today, me and my brothers and sisters have our own family. We all are happy and we have moved to different places, different surroundings and we don’t know who lives where but we are happy and content with our own Life and Family. I am letting you know this whole story because I want you all to know that we matter.
Who are we? The world calls us Dogs. We call ourselves the better human beings. For we can’t speak much, we can’t convey what we want to exactly say, we stay besides you, we protect you, we die, we are missed.
