Illuminated Heights

Finding beauty in your conceited smile, I lost myself,
Brimming sorcery coming with delight, I found me somewhere..

Moving in the thoughts of togetherness, waited for thee,
A smothered feeling of commotion, made me walk away free..

Every path had thorns and you did warn me through, I walked,
Broken, Fallen, Messed, I got up with a hangover stalked..

The pain in the veins and that rush of white blood, I went wasted,
In every forested dream we walked, I had we, tasted..

A measure to the journey atrocious, I can’t see you fallen,
Still the words have to do the justice, come back to me, I am swollen..

A plea, Some love, Some heart outs, They fly, I want you nearby,
Tonight the moon, The breeze don’t soothe, voraciously, I die..

You are talented,I hope you know that cause you truly are. I feel what you write and that is something which proves you write from your heart.

I see a shade of melancholy and beautiful desperation in this one. Rarely does that combo turn out so well!
